Santa showed up in Hunt Valley the other day
Cary and I were going down the escalator while he was going up;
   followed by a swarm of children, followed by a swarm of parents

He pointed to Cary and I and said something like, “just a few more weeks!”
We both just stood there kind of shocked as we passed each other
   and I did an awkward little wave that must have given away my confusion

For some reason I thought he was trying to tell me I was pregnant,
   but after mulling it over we decided that he meant Cary’s beard would be
   Santa quality in a few weeks

The worst part of this story and main reason I’m writing this is because
   I had my camera around my neck at the time…
and I’ve been kicking myself for slow camera reflexes since
